The staff were very helpful, and the hosts were friendly and helpful. The location is lovely, and the room had great facilities. The kitchen was well equipped, and there was excellent car parking available. Additionally, the bread roll service was a nice touch.
Felt quite safe, nothing too much trouble.

The Pros of staying at this apartment building are overwhelming. The location is absolutely fantastic, being located right next to the cable car station. I woke up to breathtaking views of the ski slopes and the beautiful Lake Church. The apartment itself was well-furnished and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the stunning landscapes of Seefeld in Tirol.
Limited kitchen facilities.

Comfortable rooms with well-equipped kitchens. Great location near the cable car and city center. Friendly and helpful host. Fresh rolls delivered every morning. Good WiFi.
Although we did encounter a few drawbacks, such as the noise from snow cannons and snow ploughs outside our room, and the limited cooking facilities in the kitchen area, these were minor inconveniences that did not greatly impact our overall experience.

I recently stayed at Appartementhaus Am Gschwandtkopf in Seefeld in Tirol for a business trip. The hotel was chosen by my director, and I must say, it was an excellent choice.
If I had to mention a minor downside, it would be that the rooms could be a little more soundproof to the corridor.
